Ruby, along with her cousin Gwen, are tiny British girls that Sam and Cat babysit. At first the girls appear nice and harmless, but soon they are exposed as con artists and further try to make Sam and Cat hate each other with even more trickery. Ruby generally goes along with whatever schemes Gwen can come up with.
