Nora Dershlit is a high schooler who lives in Olympia, Washington. She is an obsessed fan of the iCarly web show, and sent the group a video asking them to attend her 16th party, in hopes that more people would show up. The group went, and soon after they found themselves locked in her basement in a soundproof booth (her father writes commercial jingles). After that incident Nora was sent to juvenile detention facility, where she soon earned early parole and kidnapped the iCarly group again. She is more than a bit crazy and her best friend is Maurice, her pet chicken.
